Xiamen Airlines agrees to purchase six Boeing 787-9s

China Southern Airlines announced (27-Jul-2016) its subsidiary Xiamen Airlines entered an agreement with Boeing to purchase six 787-9 aircraft. Each 787 is valued around USD230 million with the total order estimated at USD1.38 billion. The company decided to pay 19.38% of the total transaction in advance.
