WestJet previously flagged Toronto Pearson-Glasgow among a batch of new Toronto routes for 2026, alongside planned launches to Cardiff and Ponta Delgada, and a proposed Medellín service subject to government approval.1 Glasgow Airport also confirmed United Airlines returned to the market with a daily seasonal New York Newark-Glasgow service from 08-May-2026 to 24-Oct-2026, operated by Boeing 737 MAX 8s.2
