US' Washington Dulles International Airport passenger numbers up 1% - traffic highlights for Aug-2013:

  • Passenger numbers: 2.1 million, +0.9% year-on-year;
    • Commercial domestic: 1.4 million, -2.5%;
    • Commercial international: 719,743, +8.2%;
  • Cargo volume: 20,230 tons, -7.6%;
    • Freight: 18,363, -13.3%;
      • Domestic: 7152, -21.0%;
      • International: 11,211, -7.5%;
    • Mail: 1867, +164%;
  • Aircraft movements: 26,470, +1.1%;
    • Commercial domestic: 19,437, +1.1%;
    • Commercial international: 4289, +1.9%.
