US sees second stage of EU-US open skies by end of 2009

US Department of Transportation stated it is hopeful that a second round of open skies negotiations with the European Union could be completed before the end of 2009, paving the way for the second stage of an US-EU open skies agreement (Dow Jones, 24-Sep-2009).
