US scientists sceptical of TSA scanner safety

US scientists are reportedly still sceptical of the safety of Transportation Security Administration scanners, despite the agency announcing they cause no harm in terms of radiation (npr.org, 17-May-2011). The scientists sent a letter to the White House's science adviser John Holdren outlining the flaws they believe were in the radiation tests.
