US Dept of State says Govt 'more focused on liberalising other things then ownership rules'

US Department of State deputy assistant secretary for transportation affairs Tom Engle, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the US congress would have to change laws on foreign ownership in US carriers, which "is not a national consensus", with the government "more focused on liberalising other things then ownership rules".
