US Department of State says liberalisation and joint ventures work for US carriers

US Department of State deputy assistant secretary for transportation affairs Tom Engle, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) liberalisation and joint ventures work for US carriers, especially for those who are unable to grow any further domestically. He said, "It's good for the American travelling public, consumers and shareholders."
