US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reports (24-Oct-2012) the following top 10 US airports ranked system (domestic and international) scheduled enplanement on US airlines* in Jul-2012:
- Passenger numbers:
- Atlanta: 4.2 million, stable year-on-year;
- Chicago O'Hare: 2.8 million, -1.7%;
- Dallas/Fort Worth: 2.5 million, -2.4%;
- Denver: 2.4 million, -0.4%;
- Los Angeles: 2.4 million, +0.3%;
- San Francisco: 1.8 million, +6.3%;
- Charlotte: 1.7 million, +1.8%;
- Houston Bush: 1.7 million, -6.0%;
- Phoenix: 1.7 million, -1.9%;
