US BTS announces top US domestic airports in Jun-2012
US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reports (21-Sep-2012) the following top 10 US airports ranked system (domestic and international) scheduled enplanement on US airlines* in Jun-2012:
- Passenger numbers:
- Atlanta: 4.1 million, +3.5% year-on-year;
- Chicago O'Hare: 2.8 million, +1.1%;
- Dallas/Forth Worth: 2.5 million, -0.8%;
- Denver: 2.3 million, -1.3%;
- Los Angeles: 2.3 million, +0.3%;
- Charlotte: 1.7 million, +2.9%;
- San Francisco: 1.7 million, +6.9%;
- Houston Bush: 1.7 million, -1.8%;
- Phoenix: 1.7 million, -2.8%;
