United Airlines: 787 'working beautifully' on Denver-Tokyo Narita route

United Airlines MD Japan and Asia Pacific sales Matt Miller, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (08-Aug-2013) the Boeing "787 works beautifully" on the carrier's Denver-Tokyo Narita route. Mr Miller added the carrier would consider the expansion of trans-Pacific services, stating there "are many opportunities here in the Pacific that are attractive to us," and "the ability to serve long, thin markets is appealing."
