UK Gov to reintroduce duty free policy for travellers to the EU in the event of no deal Brexit

UK's Chancellor of the Exchequer Sajid Javid stated (10-Sep-2019) the Government plans to reintroduce an excise duty exemption policy for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products at UK airports, ports and rail station for passengers travelling to destinations in the EU, "in the event the UK leaves the EU without a deal".
