UIA increases net loss in 2018

Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) reported (Apr-2019) the following financial highlights for the year ended 31-Dec-2018, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards:

• Revenue: UAH27,124.7 million (EUR844.4 million), +22.7% year-on-year;
• Operating profit (loss): (UAH2757.5 million) (EUR85.8 million), compared to a loss of UAH638.1 million (EUR21.3 million) in 2017;
• Net profit (loss): (UAH2696.1 million) (EUR83.9 million), compared to a loss of UAH304.5 million (EUR10.2 million) in 2017.
