UAE movements up 7.3% in Jul-2011

UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) announced air traffic movements in the UAE increased 7.3% - traffic highlights in Jul-2011:

• Total air traffic movements: 58,620, +7.3%;
  • Dubai: 26,109;
  • Overflights: 12,987;
  • Abu Dhabi: 8,861;
  • Sharjah: 5,248;
  • Domestic flights: 4,544;
  • Al Maktoum: 315;
  • Fujairah: 275;
  • Ras Al Khaimah: 248;
  • Al Ain: 213.
