UAE could face competition from third LCC shortly

UAE reports a group of UAE investors plans to submit a formal request to launch a third low-cost airline (Zawya Dow Jones, 02-Jun-2010). UAE General Civil Aviation Authority Director General, Saif Mohammad Al Suwaidi, stated it would be able to launch very soon if approved.
