UAC: SJ100 commences flight tests
United Aircraft Corporation, via its official VKontakte account, announced (15-Mar-2025) the following achievements in aircraft manufacturing:
- Import substituted Sukhoi SJ100 commenced flights tests under the certification programme;
- First Irkut MC-21 prototype with a Russian engine assembled. The aircraft is being prepared for flight testing;
- Ilyushin Il-114 completed more than 20% of certification flights;
- Tupolev Tu-214 is being manufactured but output must be increased.
