TSA to implement new Secure Flight regulations

US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) plans to implement new regulations on 01-Nov-2010, under which passengers which do not provide full name, gender and date of birth 72 hours prior to departure can be denied boarding (ConsumerReports.org, 18-Oct-2010). The Secure Flight regulation applies to all passengers flying on US airlines operating to/from US airports and over US airspace.
