Travelport believes US carriers can penetrate Asian distribution channels, suggests partnerships
Travelport VP Product & Marketing for Air Commerce Ian Heywood, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) it is possible for US carriers to penetrate the Asian distribution channels, but perhaps they need to forge partnerships. He said a lot of effort needs to be invested, and encouraged US carriers to employ local employees.
