Transvaal Africa also planned to launch international passenger services from Harare Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport and Victoria Falls Airport in 4Q2025, initially operating three leased Boeing aircraft on regional and long haul routes, including Johannesburg, Dar es Salaam, Lagos, London, Dubai and Shanghai1. Airports Company of Zimbabwe had previously announced intentions to create special economic zones around main airports, featuring cargo villages and other commercial infrastructure2.
