TAV Holdings announces 30% increase in Feb-2012 pax to 4.2 million

Turkey's TAV Holdings reports passenger traffic up 17% - traffic highlights for Feb-2012:

  • Passenger numbers: 4.2 million, +30% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 2.0 million, +36%;
    • International: 2.2 million, +25%.
  • Aircraft movements: 36,848, +26%;
    • Domestic: 16,446 million, +39%;
    • International: 20,402 million, +17%.
    • Istanbul Ataturk: 23,808 million, +15%;
      • Domestic: 7769 million, +9%;
      • International: 16,039 million, +17%;
    • Ankara Esenboga: 5580, +3%;
      • Domestic: 4775, +4%;
      • International: 805, -3%;
    • Izmir: 4338, +9%;
    • Tunisia (Monstir and Enfidha): 912, +133%;
    • Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi): 1512, +9%;
    • Macedonia (Skopje and Ohrid): 698, +4%.
