TAROM reportedly launched an MRO unit, Tarom Tehnic, with revenue projected at up to EUR10 million in year one and up to EUR35 million over five years.1 The European Commission approved EUR95.3 million in restructuring aid in Apr-2024, subject to safeguards including reductions in aircraft and routes during the restructuring period through 31-Dec-2026.1 2
