TAP privatisation authorised by President

TAP Portugal's privatisation was officially authorised by Portuguese President Anibal Cavaco Silva, who issued a formal decree, following the Government's decision to privatise the carrier in Aug-2012, according to Jornal de Negocios. The last remaining formality is reportedly for the Council of Ministers to give its approval.
