TAP Air Portugal CEO: Fuel costs will represent 60% of our expenses in the future

TAP Air Portugal CEO Goncalo Pires, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (21-Nov-2024) fuel costs "will represent 60% of our expenses in the future". Mr Pires said: "There's a way to probably turn that into an opportunity", noting companies "shouldn't view sustainability as a threat".
