TAM completes incorporation of Pantanal Linhas Aéreas with transfer of operations and flight codes

TAM Airlines completed (15-Aug-2013) its incorporation of Pantanal Linhas Aéreas with the transfer of all Pantanal operations to TAM, with the regional carrier now "ceasing to exist". Tickets issued for Pantanal will be honoured by TAM as per the ticketed services, while flight codes on 22 services were switched from Pantanal to TAM. TAM acquired Pantanal in 2009, who have since incorporated the regional carrier's employees into TAM and ceased operation of its three ATR-42 aircraft. [more - original PR - Portuguese]
