Spring Airlines selects Japanese partner for Japan venture

Spring Airlines CEO Zhang Xiuzhi stated the carrier has preliminarily selected its Japanese partner for its proposed Japan branch company with the branch company scheduled to commence operations in Jul-2013. Ms Zhang, as quoted by Caixin, stated the partner is not an aviation company but did not reveal the identity of the partner.
