South African Airways CEO resigns

South African Airways (SAA) announced (10-Apr-2026) the resignation of group CEO John Lamola, effective from the end of Apr-2026. The airline appointed Air Chefs CEO Matshela Seshibe as SAA acting group CEO. The process to recruit a permanent group CEO will commence "shortly".
