SNCF to consult on Polish Solidarity Transport Hub high-speed rail network

Solidarity Transport Hub Poland (CPK) announced (16-Jan-2020) the European Commission approved funding in preparation for planning, design and construction of the new CPK high-speed rail (HSR) network in Poland. The EU will provide support under the Structural Reform Support Programme and will include consultancy services for the HSR network provided by SNCF. The CPK construction programme includes investments in a new rail interchange airport for Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, and a network of 1600km of new railway lines to connect Warsaw and CPK with most of the largest Polish cities in up to 2.5 hours.
