SITA president Asia Pacific: 'There is a lot more we can do' to improve pax experience at airports

SITA president Asia Pacific Sumesh Patel, speaking at the Super Terminal Expo, stated (05-Nov-2024) "there is a lot more we can do" to improve the passenger experience at airports, including initiatives such as a single ID for travel and off-airport passenger processing. Mr Patel also noted that generative AI "really helps" airport operations.
