Sino Haijing Holdings signs non-binding MoU for 49% stake in Siam Air

Sino Haijing Holdings signed (23-Nov-2016) a non-legally-binding MoU for the proposed acquisition 49% of the entire issued share capital of Siam Air from Splendid Stream for CNY300 million (USD43.3 million). Sino Haijing said the acquisition would benefit the development of its aviation business in Asia while enhancing its competitiveness in the Asian aviation industry. Siam Air was established in 2010 and provides air transportation for passenger and cargo in Asia Pacific region. Their airline is based at Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport and has two owned Boeing 737-300 aircraft and two 737-800s. [more - original PR]
