Singapore Airlines to issue USD358m fixed rate notes due 2020

Singapore Airlines announced (29-Jun-2010) that an issue of SGD500 million (USD358 million) of 10-year fixed-rate notes due in 2020, under the company's SGD1 billion multi-currency medium-term note programme, was priced on 29-Jun-2010. The Series 001 Notes will bear interest at the rate of 3.22% p/a payable semi-annually in arrears and are expected to be issued on or about 09-Jul-2010. The joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ), DBS Bank Ltd, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
