SereneAir launches operations on 29-Jan-2017

Serene Air confirmed (28-Jan-2017) the commencement of domestic operations, with Karachi-Islamabad service, on 29-Jan-2017. The proving flight to fulfil regulatory requirements was conducted on Karachi-Islamabad sector on 26-Jan-2017. Reservation and sales functions have already been launched. The carrier currently has a fleet of three Boeing 737-800 aircraft. It initially plans to launch service from Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar and Faisalabad, adding more domestic destination over time. International operations are planned after completing one year mandatory period of domestic operations. [more - original PR]
