Serbia taking non-binding bid offers for 25 year concession of Belgrade Airport

Serbia's Government launched (13-Feb-2017) a 60 day non-binding bid period for the 25 year concession of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (Reuters/See News, 13-Feb-2017). Following the first phase, eligible companies will be approved to present binding bids over a 75 day period. The Government expects the facility to grow to handle 17 million passengers over the next 25 years. The airport handled 4.9 million passengers in 2016. As previously reported by CAPA, an advance payment for the concession is projected to be between EUR350 million and EUR400 million, while annual payments from the concessionaire are expected to range from EUR10 million to EUR11 million. [more - original PR - Serbian]
