SATA Holding previously invited six entities to submit non-binding offers, after receiving eight expressions of interest, with submissions due by 21-Sep-2026.1 2 Grupo SATA CEO and board chairman Tiago Santos indicated the preferred buyer could be known by end 2026, with binding offers expected by end Sep-2026 or early Oct-2026.3 The sale process framework included qualification, non-binding and then binding bids supported by due diligence, with minimum obligations on jobs, HQ location and route continuity.4 5
