Sacramento Airport's USD1bn expansion under way

US' Sacramento International Airport announced its USD1 billion expansion project is well under way with the first of three large bridge sections installed on 27-Jul-2010 (Sacramento Bee, 27-Jul-2010). The new facilities will replace the existing Terminal B complex, which will be torn down while the new facility is expected to open by Oct-2011.
