Ryanair takes Spanish consumer group to court

Ryanair announced it plans to take legal action against Spanish consumer group FACUA, demanding that the organisation stop criticising the airline (Typically Spanish, 26-Jun-2011). The LCC is seeking a legal ruling preventing FACUE from saying it "abuses" and "derides" customers, and remove their claims from the press releases sent to other news media, in their own webpage and on social network sites.
