Ryanair pax up 10% to 8.2m in Feb-2017, 95% load factor

Ryanair reported (03-Mar-2017) the following traffic highlights in Feb-2017:

• Passenger numbers: 8.2 million, +10% year-on-year;
• Passenger load factor: 95%, +2 ppts.

Ryanair CMO Kenny Jacobs said traffic and load factor increased on the back of lower fares and the 'Always Getting Better' customer experience programme. Mr Jacobs said: "we now expect full year traffic to just about hit 120m, up almost 13% over the 106.4m customers we carried in FY16". [more - original PR]
