RwandAir receives first A330-300, second A330 overall

RwandAir received (01-Dec-2016) its first A330-300 (MSN 1759) on 01-Dec-2016. The aircraft is configured with 274 seats in three classes, has 132.2 cubic metres of cargo capacity, features WiFi connectivity and is powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 772B engines. The aircraft was financed by KfW IPEX-Bank and the Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (PTA Bank). The carrier also operates one A330-200 aircraft. The airline's fleet expansion will support plans to commence Bamako, Conakry, Harare, Lilongwe, London, Lusaka, Mumbai and New York services in 2017.
