Riyadh Air receives first two 787-9s

Riyadh Air took (05-Jun-2026) delivery of its first two aircraft, both Boeing 787-9s. The airline has up to 70 additional 787s on order. As previously reported by CAPA, Riyadh Air plans to commence daily Riyadh-London Heathrow service with 787 equipment on 01-Jul-2026, marking the launch of commercial operations. [more - original PR]
