Qatar Airways targetting 40% increase in revenue in 2010 on 30% capacity increase

Qatar Airways CEO, Akbar Al Baker, announced the carrier is targeting a 40% revenue increase on a 30% increase in capacity in FY2010/11, ending 31-Mar-2011, (Emirates Business 24/7, 06-May-2010). Mr Al Baker added the carrier has "always" generated a profit at the operating level.

Qatar Airways: "We are targeting a 40% increase in revenues for this year, which is slightly over the increase in the airline's capacity of around 30%.
