Qantas announced in Aug-2025 that points required for Classic Reward seats would rise for the first time since 2019, while also increasing points earn rates on Qantas domestic flights and removing the Status Bonus cap for premium cabin flyers. Additional Classic Reward seats on Jetstar will start from 5700 points, and members will soon access up to one million more international reward seats through new and expanded partnerships1.
