Qantas and Virgin Blue achieve highest on-time departure and arrivals

Australia's Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government reports (25-Aug-2009) Qantas achieved the highest on-time departure rate, at 86.2%, while Virgin Blue achieved the highest on-time arrivals rate, at 85.8%, for major domestic airlines in Jul-2009. The on-time performance for participating airlines averaged 84.5% for on-time departures and 83.9% for on-time arrivals. [more]
