Pricing in Thailand 'very competitive': Nok Air

Nok Air VP marketing and sales Pinyot Pibulsonggram, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation & Corporate Travel Summit, said (01-Aug-2017) pricing in the Thai market is "very competitive" following "many years" of price wars. As a result, ancillaries are becoming "a major issue" and Mr Pinyot noted airlines must be clear with customers on what they products are and are not included.
