Port of New York and New Jersey release preliminary 2010 budget
USA's Port of New York and New Jersey released (03-Dec-2009) a preliminary USD6.3 billion budget for 2010 including:
- Reduction of headcount by 150 positions;
- 20% reduction in overtime and a 32% reduction in external consultants;
