Philippines Govt updates restrictions, allows Filipino citizens entry into country

Philippines' Government updated (19-Mar-2021) its travel restrictions, now allowing all Filipino citizens entry into the country but suspending the entry of most foreign nationals from 22-Mar-2021 to 21-Apr-2021.
