Peru temporarily suspends contractual obligations with Kuntur Wasi

Peru's Ministry of Transportations and Communications suspended (27-Feb-2017) all obligations under its agreement with concessionaire Kuntur Wasi, related to operation and construction of Chinchero Cusco International Airport, effective 28-Feb-2017. The suspension will continue until the Comptroller General office finalises its investigation on the concession contract. Kuntur Wasi announced it was a mutual suspension of the agreement.
