Pegasus Airlines finalises order for 5 737-800NGs

Boeing announced (22-Mar-2016) it finalised an order for five 737-800NG aircraft with Pegasus Airlines. The order is valued at approximately USD505 million (EUR450.4 million), based on expected list prices at delivery. Pegasus Airlines CEO Mehmet Nane said: "The performance of the 737-800 has proven reliability, fantastic operating economics and popularity with our customers." Boeing commercial airplanes European sales vice president Monty Oliver said: "The 737-800 continues to be the best selling version of the very successful Next-Generation 737 family, accumulating over 7000 orders worldwide.
