Peach Aviation obtains Air Operators’ Certificate

Peach Aviation Limited (Peach) received (07-Jul-2011) an Air Operators' Certificate (AOC) from Japan's Civil Aviation Bureau. Peach's application for the AOC was made on 13-Apr-2011. With the granting of the AOC, Peach Aviation is officially authorised to operate an airline and can proceed with plans to commence flights from Osaka to Fukuoka and Sapporo in Mar-2012, and to Seoul in May-2012. Peach Aviation is 33.4% owned by ANA. Hong Kong investment firm Innovation Network Corp of Japan (INCJ) has a 33.3% stake, while Hong Kong's First Investment Group owns the remaining 33.3% stake.
