Orlando Airport announces 1% decrease in Dec-2011 pax, cargo up 2%. 35.4 million pax in FY2011

US' Orlando International Airport passenger numbers down 1.1% - traffic highlights for Dec-2011:

  • Dec-2011:
    • Passenger numbers: 3.0 million, -1.1% year-on-year;
      • Domestic: 2.6 million, -2.3%;
      • International: 323,722, +9.9%;
    • Cargo volume: 17,928 tons, +1.8%;
      • Domestic: 13,857, -3.5%;
      • International: 4071, +25.5%;
    • Aircraft movements: 26,490, -0.8%.
  • FY2011:
    • Passenger numbers: 35.4 million, +1.6%;
      • Domestic: 31.9 million, +0.9%;
      • International: 3.5 million, +7.9%;
    • Cargo volume: 187,092, +8.8%;
      • Domestic: 142,667, +8.0%;
      • International: 44,425, +11.2%;
      • Aircraft movements: 309,884, +0.7%
