Norwegian completes acquisition of Widerøe

Norwegian completed (12-Jan-2024) the acquisition of Widerøe, becoming Widerøe's sole owner. The purchase price of NOK1125 million (EUR99.7 million) remains subject to certain adjustments, to be finally determined at a later stage.
