No resolution at meeting over O'Hare expansion

US' Chicago mayor Richard Daley announced there was no resolution at a meeting with United Airlines and American Airlines executives over the planned expansion of O'Hare International Airport (Wall Street Journal, 09-Feb-2011.). The carriers are fighting the city's attempt to load the airport and the carriers with more long-term debt for the USD3.4 billion second phase of expansion. The carriers want to halt the project until passenger demand increases.
