MUFG aviation research director: Aviation industry hampered in its growth due to lack of capacity

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) director of aviation research Alice Gondry, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (21-Nov-2024) the aviation industry is currently "hampered in its growth" due to the lack of available capacity. Ms Gondry noted: "Because of this lack of capacity, airlines are in the position to increase their fares".
